Call Dr. Cousins' office at 1-800-676-9011, Monday- Friday, 9-5 pm and most Saturdays 10-2. Information on scheduling, important things to remember on the day of your appointment, confidentiality.
- Appointments and Fees
- Dr. Amy Cousins offers abortion services in her private office weekdays and accepts most insurance including NYS Medicaid as well as very reasonable rates.
- Making an Appointment
- We ask that all patients have a pregnancy test (home tests are OK) before calling for an appointment. Important medical conditions to bring to our attention include heart problems or surgery, high blood pressure, seizure disorders, asthma, diabetes, bleeding/clotting problems, current infections or STD's, hepatitis and allergies to medications.

- Financial Assistance for Abortions
- Dr. Amy Cousins provides quality services at very reasonable rates, as well as accepting most insurance and NYS Medicaid which is free for women who qualify. She also assists with financial assistance for abortion fees and travel funds.
