It is also possible to find directions at MapQuest.com or our Google Map on this site. Our address is "149 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal 13850," but since we are in a parking lot, it will be easier to find our neighbor at "200 Front St. Vestal" -- we share the parking lot but not the building. But, please consult our directions too for the easiest, most direct way to our office after you get off the highway. 

CONSTRUCTION ALERT July 26- August ?

• The Town of Vestal is tearing up Front St. starting on or about July 26th for two weeks. To avoid construction delays, follow these directions:

• Instead of taking a left at the Valvoline Oil Change (Main St) go straight through the light to the next light and take a U turn. Be careful! The landmark on the left is the Town of Vestal Offices and Police Station.
  

• Now continue EAST on Rte 434 for a short time. On your right will be the Antique Auto Exchange. The next two entrances are to our parking lot which we share with Southern Tier Physical Therapy.

By car, in pictures and below in words from different directions:

From Rte 81 South or North, follow the split in the road to Rte 17 West (toward Elmira, Owego)  Scroll down for more directions from different directions.

Take Exit 67 South Vestal from Route 17 Follow signs to Vestal Rt 434

At the end of exit ramp take a LEFT and then turn left at 2nd light at Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Take immediate right on Front St. so that this gazebo/town park is on your right.

Half a block, the first parking lot on your right is one we share with Southern Tier Physical Therapy.

We are opposite in the parking lot.

From the North, (Cortland, Syracuse), follow Route 81 South to 17 West.

(The sign on the highway says "To Elmira") DO NOT get off at "Front St."--a common mistake.

Once on 17 take Exit 67 South -Vestal.

At Exit 67S, Vestal, follow the sign that says Vestal Route 434. Then turn left on 434 (this is also known as the Vestal Parkway) and then left at the second traffic light (Main St). You will see a Valvoline Instant Oil Change on one corner and a little town park on the other. Then take an immediate right onto Front St. so that the park with a gazebo is on your right. Continue on Front St. for 1/2 block.

Turn at first parking lot on right into "Southern Tier Physical Therapy Associates." Our building is opposite, second building on right--brick and tan stucco. It says Dr. Amy Cousins right on the front.

From the South,

(Scranton area), take Route 81 North to Binghamton, then follow Route 17 West. (The sign on the highway says "To Elmira")

Once on 17 take Exit 67 South -Vestal.

At Exit 67S, Vestal, follow the sign that says Vestal Route 434. Then turn left on 434 (this is also known as the Vestal Parkway) and then left at the second traffic light (Main St). Continue on Front St. for 1/2 block.

From the East,

follow Route 17 West. Note that Routes 81 and 17 merge for a while near Binghamton. (The sign on the highway says "To Elmira")

From the Northeast:

From Norwich or Utica, use Route 12 to 81 S to 17 West. From Oneonta, take Route 88 to 81 S to 17 West. (The sign on the highway says "To Elmira")

There are also two alternative routes from Utica area:

1. Route 8 South to Rt. 88 West to 81 S to 17 West

2. NYS Thruway 90 West to 481S around Syracuse to 81S. Please consult a map to select your route from this area.

From the West 

(Elmira, Corning): Take Route 17 East to Exit 67S Vestal

Once on 17 take Exit 67 South -Vestal.

At Exit 67S, Vestal, follow the sign that says Vestal Route 434. Then turn left on 434 (this is also known as the Vestal Parkway) and then left at the second traffic light (Main St). By Bus/Cab
The Greyhound and Shortline stations are both in downtown Binghamton. Take a cab to 149 Vestal Parkway West. The fee will be $12-15. The local bus, via Binghamton University, goes to Main St. and Vestal Parkway at Front St. 1/2 block from us. Check 778-1692 for times. This neighborhood is also called "Four Corners" district.
