Debby's Room Dedicated
The staff of Amy Cousins MD dedicated a room to Debby Hendricks, a long time employee who died in 2010.
A name plate reading "Debby's Room" replaces the former sign that said "Procedure Room 1" and short dedication ceremony affirmed the place that Debby Hendricks, RN still has in our lives and in our office. A photo display and a collage of her colorful scrubs is accompanied by this inscription:

1994- 2010
Debby Hendricks provided excellent nursing care in Dr. Cousins’ office for 15 years. She was conscientious, compassionate, and professional in her work. Her nursing career meant everything to her and patients were fortunate to have her by their side. Debby will be remembered for wearing colorful scrubs, for practical jokes, for her love of animals, and for creating beautiful gardens. She supported her colleagues by her thoughtful gestures and attention to each one of us.
Tragically, she was struck with lung cancer and died far too young in August of 2010. We were privileged to work with her and enjoyed her sense of humor and good spirits. We dedicate this room on her birthday as officially “Debby’s Room,” in her honor and in remembrance of our good friend.
