Elmira is about an hour from our office and we provide abortion services for women from Elmira NY, Corning NY, and Ithaca, NY, as well as counties in Northern Pennsylvania. Dr. Cousins believes in offering a choice of methods--a quick procedure with IV pain relief and oral sedation or the abortion pill. In New York State there is no parental consent or notification. We do not require inconvenient two visits or 24 hour waiting periods. Dr. Cousins accepts most insurance, including NYS Medicaid, and our cash fees are reasonable and some discounts may apply.

Follow 17 East (future 86) about to Exit 67 South -Vestal.
At Exit 67S, Vestal, follow the sign that says Vestal Route 434. Then turn left on 434 (this is also known as the Vestal Parkway) and then left at the second traffic light (Main St). You will see a Valvoline Instant Oil Change on one corner and a little town park on the other. Then take an immediate right onto Front St. so that the park with the gazebo is on your right. Continue on Front St. for 1/2 block.
Turn at first parking lot on right into "Southern Tier Physical Therapy Associates." Our building is opposite, second building on right--brick and tan stucco. It says Dr. Amy Cousins right on the front.
