Directions from Oneonta NY: Take 88 West to Binghamton and at the end, take 81 South and then Route 17 West (future 86). The sign will say, Owego, Elmira, 17 West. Take 17 West to Exit 67 South Vestal, then take the sub-exit Vestal Route 434. At the end of the ramp at the light, turn left. Stay in the left hand lane, go 2 lights and take another left. On your left will be the Valvoline Instant Oil Change and on the right, a small town park with a gazebo. Take an immediate right along this little park on Front St. We are about a half block away, the first parking lot on the right. We share the parking lot with Physical Therapy Associates but we are in our own building.
