Dr. Amy Cousins (1-800-676-9011) offers one visit abortion appointments, with sedation, for women living in the Utica, Rome, NY and surrounding areas.

Utica is about two hours from our office and we provide abortion services for many women from the Utica area, as well as from Northern NY—St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties, as well as Rome, NY.  We can typically get you into our office within a week of your call and everything is completed in one visit. Directions from Utica area:

There are several routes you can take:
1. Route 8 to Route 88 West which ends at 81. Take 81 South and stay in the middle or right lane and take 17 West toward "Elmira, Owego" (See picture)

Follow 17 West about 12-13 miles to Exit 67 South -Vestal.

At Exit 67S, Vestal, follow the sign that says Vestal Route 434. Then turn left on 434 (this is also known as the Vestal Parkway) and then left at the second traffic light (Main St). You will see a Valvoline Instant Oil Change on one corner and a little town park on the other. Then take an immediate right onto Front St. so that the park with the gazebo is on your right. Continue on Front St. for 1/2 block.

Turn at first parking lot on right into "Southern Tier Physical Therapy Associates." Our building is opposite, second building on right--brick and tan stucco. It says Dr. Amy Cousins right on the front.
