Dr. Amy Cousins, with Nurse Practitioner Sue Seibold-Simpson, offers birth control, including IUD's, Depo Provera shot, Pap smears, and well woman care.
Well Woman Care
Susan Seibold-Simpson, RN, MS, CFNP, in collaboration with Dr. Cousins, provides well woman care to a limited number of patients. She currently sees patients every other Saturday. Preventative health care, family planning, management of uncomplicated vaginal or cervical infections, including HPV, are provided with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and education. Ms. Seibold-Simpson is particularly attuned to patients entering menopause, who are lesbian/bisexual, and/or prefer or need extra time and care. Many patients appreciate the gentle approach of a female doctor and nurse practitioner.
Surgeries, colposcopies, biopsies and breast problems will be referred to local specialists. STD testing is offered. Fees are reasonable and most insurances are accepted.
